path4play
Picked this Frazetta up real reasonable. When I was collecting as a kid back in the 70's in the day, these were pretty hot books. TheWatcher and sagii

Sqeggs
There seem to be a number of Church copies of Westerns in mid-grade. Did McLaughlin buy them and let his cat pee on them?

Did McLaughlin buy them and let his cat pee on them? Sadly, yes. He didn’t really care about them and not really even looked at them. He was A very wealthy trust fund kid with a big ego. They were un-bagged in 3 foot piles on the floor of his living room. The ones that hurt the most were the Chessler ones. Near flawless copies until the cats hit them.... Odd that a lot of the westerns were not super high grade. I suspect these were the “newer” ones Chuck first saw on his initial trip over to the Church house. Might be ones Edgar bought second hand at the end of his buying.
adamstrange
There are probably a few hundred middish grade Church books that occurred naturally so I would not assume any particular book was cat-damaged unless there is some sort of evidence related to that.
