I'm gonna run this thread until Sunday June 20th and then work with whatever is available. I'd like to get it in the mail to him by early next week. I have no idea how much shipping to the middle east is gonna be, but I sent my forum Christmas gift exchange gift to London this last year and that was $30. I think locating the best price possible on a NEW system is the way to go. Already boxed. Everything new.

Well actually the Elite drops to $249 and the Arcade to $149, but this model is equivalent to the Super Elite, which is priced at $349.

 

The only question: Is this Valhalla, the Xbox 360 with the rumored 45nm one-chip integrated CPU+GPU? If so, then definitely grab that.

BTW, I'm in for some level of donation, but I'm gonna wait to see how close we can get to the brand new $299 Slim. I'm almost tempted to buy one myself, but I just can't with 3 x Xbox 360's.

I just went xBox live on mine last month w/ the $99 adapter + wi-fi router for $85-ish.

Yea, I was looking at the Elite at $299, cuz it has more memory and hardrive. If you get the Arcade version you have to buy your own extra memory components.....so why bother. Plus w/ Elite, you can get a couple games and an extra controller.

 

BTW - He doesn't have the Mass Effect 1 or 2 games Joe.
