What complete runs of silver age series do you own?

Thanks:) I've really been concentrating on GA for the past 7 or 8 years, but I started with silver and bronze before that. I've been selling off some to pay for GA books, but this thread is making me nostalgic:)

Wonderful collections, everyone:) (worship)

1988-1990 I completed the entire marvel and dc superhero silver age titles....so, "all of them" super hero is my answer

2 years ! Impressive :applause:

it actually took me almost 3 years (88,89,90) and while there was no internet then, I did have cons, cbg and a lot of stores in the mid and south florida areas...also, I did attend SDCC all 3 years and back then, all of hall a and b (and I think eventually c) were comic dealers, so it was pretty easy

also, I was NOT condition concious...just wanted to "check" offf the issue...so I had as many good/readers, as I did NM's (thumbs u

The only complete set I have is ASM 1-current, including AF 15, and all Annuals.

Other ones I am close on are:

Daredevil 1-100 (only need a few)

Avengers 1-100 (just a few also)

FF 1-100 (here I need quite a bit)

Sub Mariner 1-72 (almost there)

Silver Surfer 1-18 (almost there)

However I have quite a few Bronze Age complete runs, including all the Spidey series (including MTU).

Just completed DC Western Comics series #1-85. first time I have really focussed on one series and looking to home in on gaps on a few more.

have most Marvel Silver Age comics but always selling and creating gaps at any given time and then can't help buying multiple copies of issues I like: although I have now managed this week to complete Western Comics I have over 200 individual comics from the series. I also know I don't need 11 copies of Strange Tales 107!

Anyone else have the same problem?

If priced reasonably, I can help you get rid of issues of Western Comics. PM me.

... and congrats on a nice run
