underthebigw
One of my all-time favorites -- it came out just shortly before I discovered girls and Rock-and-Roll (which both enriched--and ruined--my life): Still have mine. Sweet. Showed it to my son, who just laughed.
underthebigw
Best toy ever. OK, at least from the '70's.
conditionfreak
Not sure if it qualifies as a toy. But in my childhood, those 20 inch bikes with the high handle bars and banana seats came out. They were what we all wanted. I finally got one and somebody stole it. I then got another that had a five speed stick shifter on the "groin" bar. It was awesome. My next awesome toy was a 57' Chevy. 2 door, 327 engine, with a three speed stick on the floor. I really don't remember any other toys, other than those little plastic or rubber army men that I use to play with on the covers of my bed that I had piled to look like mountains. When I was real young and running the streets. My toys consisted of a metal garbage can lid and a stick. We would play gladiator all day and evening. Swordfighting. Except when playing "kick the can". A game sort of like tag.

conditionfreak
The best bike ever! Yep. We called them StingRays. Don't know what the official name was. Loved it. Never had a wheelie bar though. Some kids did. WOW. Just noticed the Bat Ray name. Awesome. Never seen one before.
