Which HOM books?

 

183 cgc 9.0 for $235, last 9.0 sold in Oct05 for $71 and a 9.2 sold $105 in Aug05

210 cgc 9.4 for $275, last 9.4 sold in Jul05 for $72

221 cgc 9.4 for $375, last 9.4 sold in May05 for $183 and 12mth average is $234

 

I don't think we would have seen asking prices this high a few ago, let alone last year. If gets them then good for him.

 

183 might make sense if I was interested in the 9.2 grade, but I already have a 9.2 copy and I was the only one that really shot the 9.4 copy into the stratosphere.

 

210 makes no sense. I just sold a 9.2 copy for $55, and that book comes up every 2-3 months.

 

221 kinda makes sense due to Wrightson and not as common as 210. Problem is, most collectors on the series already have this one. A 9.6 might be an entirely different thing altogether.

UG? undergrade? CGC grades the book, not me. There is a slight scuffle on the bottom of the boook--otherwise this would've been easy 9.4 territory. I personally think it's nicely graded.

 

Of course if UG stands for under greggy or something like that, then I don't wanna know

Yes, I'm selling my 9.2 to help finance the 9.4 I just acquired. Thanks greggy! And someone from the boards just won the book from HGC....SOLD!

Probably one of the toughest HOM giants to find in NM 9.4 or better. Census currently has 7 9.2s as the highest graded.

Not quite. Really busy lately, a lot of different things to do. It hasn't been a big priority. I'm not looking forward to grading and pricing 50+ books, but hopefully it will all be done this weekend.
