Love it!

I've got a Twilight Zone and a Boris Karloff from that publisher. Can't find my scans or I'd post them. (thumbsu

I used to own a nice copy of this book and sold it a few years ago but never would have I imagined to be able one day to find a NM copy of this issue. This book is simply almost impossible to find in decent shape due to very poor paper quality (cover paper being the same as inside pages paper) so to find a copy that looks like it was released from the press yesterday was quite an amazing find!

Very nice.

I never knew this had the same cover as the Marvel UK Avengers 1

According to GCD, the Marvel UK came out in September, 73 & the EH in May, 74. Another type of cover set to collect! A second use of a foreign produced original!

I was very fortunate to see this book in person when you bought it. It was a remarkable find.

CGC's approach to foreign publication labeling continues to baffle me quite a bit. But anyway... here's the two-part Italian republication of EverQuest: The Ruins of Kunark in Star Fantasy 5 and 6.

I'm a fan of Artesia.  That's RAD!

I actually know nothing at all about Artesia. I guess I just missed it along the way. But having picked up these Italian republications as part of my EverQuest, um... quest, I'm pretty tempted to snag the series in English and give it a try.

Really cheap too.  Smyle's artwork or the depth of his world-building may have put most readers off.  There's a few sets as I recall.  "Artesia" "Artesia: Afield" "Artesia: Afire".  Medieval swords and sorcery like Game of Thrones (but less supernatural creatures and more spells/magic).

I actually thought this had 9.0 potential

It's gorgeous

That book does look really nice.  Grader notes show the following:

price stamp right center of front cover
light spine stress lines to cover
moderate creasing to cover

I wonder if this got dinged for the price stamp.  If it was for the moderate cover creasing, this may be a good press candidate (if you're into that sort of thing, or if it's even worth it), as I'm not seeing much in the large photo.

It was pressed.

I'm going to dig it back out and look it over again.  It looked like a brand new comic in hand.  I actually wondered if it was some kind of reprint because it looked so new.
