Insanely high grade!!! Blue 9.6 and up!!!

This is the earliest super high grade Church book in the census so far. 9.2s start appearing in August 1937 and 9.4s and 9.6s abound from September. Before that, there are only a few scattered 9.0s (Detective 2 possibly the earliest?). September '37 seems like the month Mr. Church got serious.
