The ones just completed (AvX) were requested on page 2, on June 12, 2012. So currently, looks to be about 6 months.

I second this request, but I assume the set can only be created if there are the vast majority of the series graded. Is that the case? If not, I'd recommend simply adding the UK books to the Complete (with Variants) set.
