Startling Comics # 52 (CGC 8.0-Pressed) $675 Sold to me as a raw 9.0. Was expecting 9.0. Got back 8.0. Super nice book regardless. Sometimes you get the bear, and sometimes, the bear gets you.

Thrilling Comics # 63 (CGC 9.2 CRM/OW) $750. Chances are better then 50/50 IMHO, that this one comes back a 9.4 with a press and resub. Very nice book.

Superman # 24 (CGC 9.0 OW/W) $12,500 Classic Patriotic Flag cover. A 9.4 sold last year for $42k. Only one in 9.2. Scarce book in unrestored high grade.
