I think the set up fee is only 3%?

Does that mean, I just set up using the epp and pay this one time fee (is it one time?) and then I can pay the entire balance up to $10k on my card?

Yes, but then you`re paying over 1% of interest per month.

Just picked up a catalog from this auction on eBay for $5, am interested to get a look at these books without having to spend hours wading through the website.

I think they charge all of the interest upfront.

 

Probably the best thing to do is just check with Heritage directly.

It's a great catalog. I also have the Empire Comics catalog which was really special. The story on those guys was nice and sad to read about the older brother who passed away. They had some amazing GA books.

 

The other bigger catalog of the art and comics was also incredible. I'm happy to own them. Heritage definitely knows how to market their auctions.
