I need to leave my flash on my camera.

No you dont,you just need to raise your iso speed.

Then you dont need your flash but you still get sharp pix.

Usually using the flash does wonders for my photos. More detail and clarity most of the time. The blurring is from me taking a lot of shaky one handed shots...
