Think tank was supposed to be a mini and now has been pushed to ten issues and I really dig that book. I would give happy a shot, regardless of mini or not.

I enjoyed it. You don't often see original concepts like this in comics these days.

 

My favorite book this week however was Talon #0. DC might just have a big new character on their hands.

I suspect this one will be a fairly large print run too. It's a popular book at both TFAW and Midtown and will have quite a following I think.

A surprising mix of gritty and surreal, swearing didn't bother me it was just like a saturday night out with the lads

At the start I thought I wouldn't like it from the excessive swearing, but by the end of the issue I am now intrigued to read number 2!

Local shop i went to day had about 50 of the reg covers in stock.

Yup - I was in my LCS who actually had got 6 in.

No-one had even picked one up let alone bought one.

Went to 3 of my LCS's and they had nothing on the shelves but they all said the same thing they didnt order that many.

I enjoyed it. Agree that it will be short and end quick but was a good read...I laughed a few times.

RZA is developing an adaptation of the Morrison's newest comic book, for which the comics icon will write the -script.

Hopefully he's got parts lined up for U-God and Masta Killa. Haven't seen much of them lately.
