Got my submission and... all 25 were slabbed 9.0 WHITE (including a comic that was previously graded at 9.6 [old slab]) 😥

Customer service and submissions both deny that they could've made a mistake since everything is looked at by 3 graders.  One rep I talked to said that even if I sent all 25 back in and they came back 9.8, they would just claim they could've been pressed.  There's simply no possible way to get one's money back, even if there was a mistake.

Lesson learned: never message them asking about the status of a submission that's been in G/E/I for over a month 😓

Lol I laugh cause someone posted their eft received 7/11 shipped or whatever, but my modern slow received same day is stuck in GEI.  :insane:

Both would be early so not sweating yet

Lucky! My modern slow received same day are stuck in GEI 

Both are a bit early by the estimated tat so I'm not sweating it yet  :)

I only have one book in: Batman 423 for a press and grade. I sent it in on Dec 1st. It showed received on Dec. 9th along with 4 other books (modern grade). I got the four others back waaaay before the TAT which was a pleasant surprise. The lone book no longer shows on my submission tracking. Why can't CGC update the system properly?(shrug)

According to the current CCS TAT CGC estimates the second week in February 2023 as the completion time frame for pressing. That means its only half way there. Given there confusing stance on constantly changing TAT, I have no idea whatsoever when I will get that book back graded. Can anyone answer why CGC wants to store and be responsible for a book all that time?:preach:

Anyone know the record for time spent at CGC? :preach:

7/27 - Received

8/9 - GEI (never went to SFG)

8/9 - Credit card charged

8/10 - Grading/QC

These will probably be my last submissions for awhile. Didn't renew my membership that expired last month, and overall unhappy with what I see going on with the company/lack of transparency. Still have a stack of X-men and Doctor Doom books I had wanted to grade, but time will tell when that'll happen. Catch you all on the other threads :cheers:

I haven't submitted for a while so this is kind of a noob question...

When my books have hit the Grading/quality control stage, how long do they stay there?

I haven't been charged for one of my orders either which is weird, but I'm assuming that it will happen before they're shipped.

Gqc shouldn't be too long but are a little longer due to them setting places for actual new qc procedures.

That said, it's been at least a week from everyone ibe seen.

My moderns received 7/11. Still GEI as of last week and been about 6 days. Here is someone being blessed at moderns same time received already at qc  :shy:

So my last CSS/CGC submission is in route to me, and I should receive by Friday the 19th.  As of the morning of Aug 11, the Economy submission was still GEI, so I sent a note to customer service.  Within a couple of hours, the submission moved to G/QC.  Later on the 11th, they moved to shipped.  I DID NOT get the same grade for all 22 books, so... ???

Out of the 31 Modern books in the other 2 submissions, I have sent 8 back as mechanical errors.  6 for newton rings, 2 for scratches.  I bought some polyWatch and significantly reduced the scratches on another 12 slabs.  My ME submission arrived at CGC Tuesday the 16th, but has not been received yet.

Submissions all delivered to CGC Jul 26, 2021.  All Slow Track.

Ive never had G/QC last more than a couple days. They dont charge for prescreens until G/QC , other than that , if they havent charged you , then it was an oversight on their part
