Actually, I've never gotten an e-mail notice on shipping of any of my orders from CGC. Granted, I've only done like a half-dozen, but still... hmmm...

 

This was the first time, as I had made a post to be posted in the "Ask CGC" section that never was answered there, but I did get a PM answer that said they were working on doing just that, so maybe this is the beginning of implementing that suggestion.

I'll keep my fingers crossed. I just had an order that switched to "shipped" yesterday but haven't gotten anything, so who knows.

For my 3 submissions I've watched closely during the process, I've always called them about 2-3 days after it's marked as shipped to ask for the tracking number. That usually gives them time to get everything finalized, and they've always been pleasant when giving it to me. Just be polite and you'll be good.
