Your books get loaded onto a cart. If its first on the cart, it gets other books piled on top.

 

The cart is then pushed to a desk where the grader grabs the books on top, therefore, your books that arrive first, get graded last.

I've now had a set of books sitting as graded for four weeks. Is this abnormal? I've never had this happen with a sub before.

 

Is it a value or economy tier slow track? If so, no, it isn't weird. Sad but true. If it is any other tier, or fast tracked value or economy you should get someone at CGC on the phone.

I'm going to send my shipment to Joeypost and on to CGC the day before I deploy. We'll see if they get done by the time I get home (120-day rotation).

 

What service tier at CGC? If its slow track economy or value I wouldn't hold my breath; I did something similar last year around a five month sabbatical overseas and I beat my value sub home.

both of these are helpful in making me realize i don't need to start holding my breath about receiving my books for another month at least.
