I have never gotten that response.

 

 

 

OK but really what do you expect their answer to be?

 

"Sorry to hear that we will make sure they go out this week."

 

It never takes a month something went wrong with your invoice.

sorry for the stupid question, but do you need 25 minimum, I thought it was 50? and its $5 for each one that fails the pre-screen, with no additional cost if they pass? Is that right?

So I sent some books in January...first time doing so in a few years.

 

I noticed that they won't release the grades until the book ships. When did they start doing this? (Sorry if this question has been asked 1000 times already). Can I call them to get the grades?

 

The wait from Verified > Graded was long enough but now I'm hearing that Graded > Shipped can be an even longer wait. Ugh.

Depending on where they are in the process they may tell you the grades over the phone or they may not. It's a free call, so you have nothing to lose!

Do they send an email when they ship?

I've let my membership expire and I can't see my status.

 

Best way to tell is to go to the graders notes section and enter your invoice number + 001. This will bring up the first book and will be available once the book has shipped.
