I totally aly agree. I have subs that have been completed  early actually passing submissions delivered months earlier, and others still sitting past the TAT.

Called CGC today to follow up on my 8/3 that arrived 6/1 which is currently 20 something business days over the posted TAT. Gave me some vague answers and said they were caught up on encapsulating 7/26 submissions so I should be coming up. 

Good news is I requested to be billed and they were able to process that and they applied the discount so that's a win.
