How long does it usually take for comics dropped off at a show to show up on Submission Tracking? I dropped off 6 books for the Value Tier last Saturday at AwesomeCon and the submission is not on there yet. My credit card hasn't even been charged yet.

I'm just curious to how long it takes for them to be in the system as this is the first time I dropped them off at a show. When I ship my books, they get put in the system quickly.

I had books that were signed on April 21st con and weren't marked as received until May 9th

My 125 modern pre-screen books were received 6/5 and 6/7 are still in received status as of 6/29. Guessing that cons have slowed things down considerably.

Mine 2, received 6/5 that's 20 business days as of now....

Lesson on counting business days.  When counting days, you don't count either the first day or the last day.  20 business days from 6/5 is 7/3, assuming that CGC doesn't consider the Friday of Heroes Con to be the Friday of a major con.  :baiting:

In any event, I've got some SS books from Megacon that were received on 6/1 and not yet at verified.  On the other hand, I have two modern prescreens that were received on 5/31 and have been verified for about a week.

Thanks for the lesson....

i actually thought CGC was a big enough company to have an on site con team appart from the team in Sarasota.

Apparently not.
