My (or my -- depending on how you look at it)

 

I bought a Todd #1 (raw) immediately prior to the aforementioned auction.

It was Ebay item ID #281253636913.

I paid US$43 for the book because:

(1) The seller took A+ pictures of every corner

(2) The book looked very minty to me.

 

For the auction linked in the quote above

The pictures there are good too. #1 was not a 9.8 candidate in that particular auction. I think the buyer made a grading error or neglected the condition of the book entirely.
