At first look it appears to be a solid 4.0 but the faint water marks on the back cover lower spine and bottom edge are going to knock it down. I'll go with Dice on this one.

Thanks for all the opinions. I am going to see how long my coupons take-- one week so far-- and if it really does take months, I am probably done with submissions until they get it together as a company. You can order a new car built for you in less time than they take on submissions based on what I read here.

Thanks for the thought, but I am a 'never sell' guy. Of the 4 I just posted in the PGM, the other 3 I bought new, and this one I got in the late 70's at a used comic book store in my home town.
