tonytiger
Jeez Joe. Five copies of the same book with a total of 13 covers. That's a lot of covers. Was it something about the printing of this book that lends itself to having double covers? What about #88? #89?

Shark
I managed to pick up 5 cheaper double cover issues from the ComicConnect auction: Marvel's Greatest Comics #47 Mighty Marvel Western #11 Red Wolf #8 OMAC #4 OMAC #8 When I received them, the outer cover to the Mighty Marvel Western #11 was completely detached. Would CGC reject this if I elected to have it slabbed?

Would CGC reject this if I elected to have it slabbed? The MMW book is squarebound, right? If so, squarebound books have covers glued on, so it's normal for a squarebound multiple cover book not to have it's extra covers glued on. I have a Marvel Triple Action #1 (squarebound) with it's second cover not attached.

I just wasn't sure if CGC would slab something like that or not. For all they know, I could have just removed the cover from another copy and stuck it with that one. Yes CGC will Slab it I have a squarebound ASM #200 with a loose outer cover. (thumbs u You can tell if that cover belonges with that book by lining up the edges of the inner and outter covers and looking at the edges real close if it belonges all the tiny imperfections of the cut edges will match up on both covers.
