This one may not fall into the strict definition of "pre-code", but I thought you guys would enjoy it. Absolutely PCH, and awesome! I was tracking this one. It's one of the best covers in the run IMHO. I agree. Now I'm not sure what one is my favorite cover. The skeleton cover, or this one. So much cool stuff about this cover-It really hits on all cylinders-the color scheme, the composition, Elias' attention to detail (the shadow cast by one of the dancing skeletons onto the tombstone is a particularly nice touch).
