thunsicker
So I had some fun with Mike's newsstand. There were 116 comics that came out the month I was born. If my parents had bought one of each for me they would have laid out $13.92 ($105.37 in today's dollars). On my 50th birthday in 2016 Marvel alone put out 252 comics (including variants) which would have cost $1,005.48. porcupine48

Legion HQ
My family actually has some fairly cool books associated with their birth dates. My Mom was born on April 27, 1938. Published the week prior was this little known book: Released on July 17, 1969, the day my brother was born: Edited August 22, 2019 by Legion HQ namisgr

Rhett Butler
Hello all! I started chasing the Birthday comic book rabbit last year and have collected the below comics from Feb 1977. Only two key issues with one of them being a big key issue, Uncanny X-men 103 (First time Wolverine is referred to as Logan) and the big ticket key, that I don't own..., Marvel Spotlight 32 (Origin and First appearance of Spider-Woman). I'm still waiting for a good copy of one of those to come along for me to snag up. Here is what I do own from Feb 1977 so far. Amazing Spider-Man 165 Spectacular Spider-Man 3 (1st App of Lightmaster) Avengers 156 Batman 284 Captain America 206 Defenders 44 Dr Strange 21 Eternals 8 Incredible Hulk 208 Iron Man 95 Nova 6 Ms Marvel 2 Teen Titans 46 Thor 256 *Marvel Presents Guardians of the Galaxy 9 Marvel Tales (featuring Spider-Man) 76 *Marvel Team-Up (Spider-Man and Hulk) 54 Marvel Two in One (Thing and Mr Fantastic) 36 *These two are my favorites from my birth month because they are what prompted me to start looking for comics published in February of 1977 after buying them at a flea market then realizing later that they were books published the same month I was born. Thanks all Rhett Butler KirbyJack

jdandns
I'll go with this one from Marvel since I have it. The "New Gods" & "Forever People" premiere issues from DC are also dated March 1971, but I don't have them. (From Charlton, I do have "Partridge Family" #1, but alas, no scan of it.)
