Well, personally, the only stuff that I believe has any shot would be the stuff form the big two because they already have those Hollywood ties. Or stuff from miller and gaiman who also have that Hollywood connection.

I would say Guillermo del Toro is pretty huge in Hollywood, no doubt anything related to him has a big shot of making it to the big screen, better than gaiman or miller even.
