Just a question, those ink smear on the back cover has no effect on the grade? I have multiple copies that have similar ink smear like that but there are copies online graded that doesn't have those defect. Is CGC consider this Manufacture Defect or Regular Defect?

This book looks similiar in grade to the one I have slabbed 9.8 by cgc.
