8.5/9.0 too many stress marks for me to say 9.0 definite.

You don't mention it but I would assume that the spine stresses do not break colour and what we are seeing is the scanner bed light reflecting back.

So assuming that these are simply spine stresses and taking into consideration the other minor imperfections I think a 9.2 is not unreasonable for this book!

Probably 9.0 by CGC standards; I'd grade it 8.5 because I grade a little stricter than they do when it comes to color-breaking spine stress.
