Would $13 be a good price for Wytches #2 Phantom variant?

 

Most Phantom shops offer them at cover price for walk in customers.

Is there a shop near you?

 

One of the points of the program is to generate foot traffic for brick & mortar shops.

I don't know what the problem is, but several big metropolitan areas

don't have a participating shop.

 

Picking up a copy at the LCS, for cover price, I can only dream.

A legitimate question regarding such a new series. Are sales going to collectors or do people think it's flippers buying from each other in regards to Wytches? I know Snyder and Jock both have a following so it could actually be collector driven in this case.

NYCC plus the announcement was bad timing for me. I have been waiting for the book all year so those two things made the variants harder to get. I was hoping for 30-40 of each variant.

As always it's a combination of the two. Movie hype plus Jock plus Snyder plus NYCC got the book hot fast. How many are collectors?

i've bitten the bullet and got one of the black and white #2 on preorder from forbidden planet and looking at my preorder of #1 NYCC from them as well they say there release date for that is the 12th so that will be a good day if they both get shipped together. :wishluck:
