sacentaur
The artist did an excellent job capturing the female form, in contrast to the grotesque exaggerations that too many modern artists are prone to. I like it!

BOOT
I was not familiar with Al Hartley's work outside of his late 50's/early 60's Marvel/Atlas work, which, while certainly technically proficient and professional, seemed to lack, for me anyway, a hint of sexuality to it... Robot Man
Cool splash. Kinda reminds me of "Ruby and the Dykes" by S. Clay Gerdes in ZAP comics. Too bad I can't post any here...

Dr. Love
If I know Boot (and I do), I'm thinking a Hires root beer promo. Never seen one or heard of one, but I've learned that doesn't mean Boot doesn't own one!
Scrooge
Guys, it's Hartley from the '50's working for Atlas mostly so that has to be one of their Mad imitation books. It's from Wild # 1 -

Can't believe you guys let me win this one... Well, the rest of us have like seven copies each, so we figured ... Nice copy. Looks at least as good as the one I paid through the nose for a couple of years ago.
