Congrats and nice tips. The only estate sales around here involve tractor equipment and old beat up Cadillacs.

I'm always curious to see how different estate sales price things. I've been to a couple estate sales where everything was the same price. Curious to see if the estate sale priced the ASM1 higher of if he got a great deal.
