PGM New 52 Batman #1

So, I submitted 9 modern books to CGC back in April that have updated to Graded as of this weekend. I am going to post each of these books here to test the groups grading prowess! Then I will update each book once the graded are posted. I posted the 1st 3 books yesterday, so up next is the next set of 3. Let's start off with my New 52 Batman #1. What do you think? The image in the thread I am seeing a 9.8, but the large scan I am seeing a 9.6 Mainly because of all the vertical color breaks along the spine. This maybe could be an instance where the large scan over exaggerates.

I was told that CGC is now sternly stricter on Modern Tier. Too many 9.8s.

 

9.6 is safer.
