Typhoid Mary belongs to Marvel with the Daredevil group. I doubt they'll use Copycat...they don't need another shapeshifter in the X-Men universe.

I can`t believe it`s coming out before Batman v Superman.

Yeah, they kind of just stuck Bishop into DOFP - it would be nice to gain some further development, especially with a whole new timeline to work with
