A while back, prior to the 2014 awards, it was established that TPBs would not be a part of any Registry Sets, and would not provide competitive points.

I just noticed that the set for the

Wolverine Limited Series (1982)

has the TPB listed, and it does give points.

I just wanted to let you know, as that should probably be corrected.

Thank you!

This is not a problem for me, but I haven't received a response in the Wolverine 900 thread here and it was being discussed there, so if you can post in there and a few users can agree which books should be removed I will gladly remove them!

I see where there was a vote in that thread, but there are also some important questions at the end of that thread that I do not see resolved. One of the important ones is how can we extrapolate from that vote when there were so few people voting? From a statistical sampling standpoint, can we say that the population size was sufficient where these few voters can say that the entire registry should not have competitive slots for trades?

Full disclosure – I voted for trades to have registry points in that poll.

Hi Gemma:

Thanks for the fix to the set Superman (John Byrne).

However, two problems remain:

1) There are two slots for Superman vol. 2 #15 -- please delete one of them.

2) World of Krypton 1-4 do not belong in this set, as they are not the work of John Byrne; in fact, there is no World of Krypton 4 except in the vol. 2 series. Please delete the entries for World of Krypton 1-4 NOTE: the World of Krypton vol 2 1-4 ARE in the right place. Do not delete them.

Thanks!

What else do you want to do? A poll was created that asked this specific question - the people who cared to vote overwhelmingly voted against TPBs having competitive slots in the Registry. Seems fairly straight-forward to me
