That's a pretty nice book. Clean staples, decent pages, clean back cover, pretty good color on the front.

 

Having some professional work done in the name of conservation seems like a great idea to me, and was the first thought that came to mind.

But still a very attractive looking book

looks like if you take it out of the mylar or bag even on more time that it will be the last time it will grade 1.5 or above , better seal it up and send it off to get graded before it completely falls apart

I bet that book looks great in a mylar but I'm also at a 1.5 because both the top and bottom corners have large spine splits plus all the other rips and tears it has would definitely keep it from getting a 2.0 or higher.
