Most companies will try to make sure their process work as flawlessly as possible. Six sigma works across many industries and platforms. In CGC’s case it may not have to be applied across the board but in the most strategic of mechanical processes, like encapsulation, storage and shipping.

Yet I have two books with post dimples. It happens

Just opened a box of 25, fresh off the UPS truck. No scuffs (well, one small one) on the cases. Big improvement there.

(22) with Newton Rings

(2) 9.8 X-Men 1 (1991) cover pulled away from bottom staple on both. Too tight an inner well perchance.

(1) 9.8 Thor 372 bent lower front corner.

Also need to return Ronin 6 for the third time. First it was debris, next it was Newton Rings and now it's Newton Rings and debris.

I wonder if his remark about label notes is what CGC actually told him, or just what someone else commented to him.

I thought things like "Double Covers" or a similar "Double Interiors" were still going to be listed on the labels.

Afaik they were still to be noted, asked the same thing. I figured that's why blowie put it in this thread @Domo Arigato @CGC Mike

I know Blowie drinks a lot....so it's hard to tell sometimes.

A common misconception is his "BlowItUpTheMoon" mantra.......he typically yells that when he's about to give himself a vodka enema.

Well at least in this thread I never seem to know, it's not always as obvious to everyone, but I guess that is the lesson to Learn for me :pullhair:

Book should have a Green/Qualified label.

Why? It's complete with no significant damage or writing. Is that what other books would get if they had manufactured upside pages?

CGC is a bit inconsistent with this but yes. Some books though with manufacturing errors will receive Universal labels because of an oversight or because of an error in labeling.
