That is good stuff.

Did you contact them prior to make sure that however you fill it out it will be approved? Or do they have to approve it anyway before you get the label?

Always need to get approval before submitting ME

I was told that has changed, and the decision will be made at CGC.  International customers will have to contact customer service to get a shipping label.

I'm late to the party, but those corners are damaged no?  Highly doubtful, but what are the chances customs (for whatever reason) popped the slabs to inspect the books?  (In the same way Media Mail is sometimes checked in the US)

Zero. You basically have to destroy the new cases to get at the books

not sure if they got delivered that way or if they cracked them open.  This came up on a saved search I had.  I hope the cases aren't this easy to crack open and resell to scammers.
