Did you contact them prior to make sure that however you fill it out it will be approved? Or do they have to approve it anyway before you get the label?

I was told that has changed, and the decision will be made at CGC.  International customers will have to contact customer service to get a shipping label.

These shards have been a problem for YEARS. Yes, YEARS! Did anybody at CGC ever say "Hey, let's find out where these shards are coming from and fix it"?

How can CGC justify not fixing this problem years ago?

Zero. You basically have to destroy the new cases to get at the books

So this is a thing...

not sure if they got delivered that way or if they cracked them open.  This came up on a saved search I had.  I hope the cases aren't this easy to crack open and resell to scammers.
