af 15 7.0 ebay scam

hello all

 

hope all know this is a scam...based on 29K of bids, some apparently don't...

 

that is a "picture" of a book, not the actual book

That's the most legit looking scam I've seen in a while. Are there obvious signs other than a 10 feedback seller located out of the country?

one, I know the owner of the book and confirmed he still has it...two, look at the shadowing and depth and background through the slab...three, quality of the pic screams photo...

Those University of Florida people can be pretty smart. Look at the left side "edges" of the slab/lower right side of the photo. Looks photo-shopped. Still, a clever piece of deception. Look at how the card casts a shadow and how the narrower edge of the slab casts a slight shadow, both in the same direction.
