Dust shadows on the Promise books don't seem to be down graded.Another tough book you don't see anymore in great condition :bigsmile:

Yay, then let's call it 9.8! Lol

Well, since it's not a Promise copy and not being submitted by Heritage, we need to balance our grading scorecard, so dust shadows sure do count and we'll just call it a 8.0.  :devil:  :frustrated:  :censored:  lol

If it doesn't have classic cover designation it should! Interesting that The Arrow would flip between blue and red costumes for cover shots.

I don't have an Overstreet handy, but I vaguely recall it designated a "Classic Arrow cover."
