He's been fairly steady on American Gods. Reserved at times. But an enjoyable performance.

He was good in the first season, and I have higher expectations of his character, Shadow Moon, for season 2. I think he would be fine as John Stewart.

Season 2 has started off strong as well. He's showing off more of his acting skills instead of being more a sideline character in a much larger story.

i can't name a single Green Lantern villain of the top of my head even though i used to read them

I think he is getting into that anti-hero category.

If you asked most of mainstream who they rather have the next GL movie be more focused about Sinestro or Hal Jordan we might be surprised most rather have them focus on Sinestro than Hal.
