I know literally nothing about this character except that I should have stuck with collecting WWBN another year or so.  Looking forward to this.

It seems that the subtitles for the trailer say he is Dr. Arthur Harrow. Pretty sure that is a trick in order to misdirect fans so that there are some surprises left by the time it is released - however if it ends up being accurate I'm super happy about that, as it means my favourite issue of my favourite nostalgic run is going to skyrocket in value
