I got it from an older fellow in the parking lot of a small local show.He had that and a battered Canadian edition of The Phantom Witch Doctor.I got so excited about it(big old kid me)  that he offered to give them to me.I bought him a coffee and we chatted and I talked him into taking some money.

It IS more of a pulp,just a few larf cartoons inside.Marijauna Murders is silly and good.Reefer Madness hysteria.It's magazine sized,so I thought it was comic post worthy.And that cover,I agree
