I think it could bounce to 4.0-and a pretty solid 4.0 at that-when you get the spine roll rectified.

 

It's a 3.0 to me as is, but wouldn't be shocked if it came back 3.5.

Nice work. It's interesting that fixing the spine made the right edge Marvel chipping more pronounced. I just can't call a book with this much chipping a 5.0 . In the pre CGC days, these types of well read books were classic VG+. It seems CGC doesn't use the 4.5 designator as much, maybe 5.0 sounds better, less harsh. So, CGC will probably give it a 5.0 but my grade would be 4.5.

The book looks much better with a press. Post press I think 4.0-4.5. The right side paper loss and corners still keep it under 5.0 for me.
