Great cover! I love all the different action panels.

 

If memory serves, Kirby both penciled and inked this cover..... GOD BLESS....

How right you are. It was in the Bullpen Bulletins that month. Kirby did his best work

that year IMHO..DC was kicking that year also. I was filled with a sense of wonder buying those off the newsstands in 1966. My personal favorite year of comic collecting all these years.

39, 40, and 50 might be my 3 favorite covers of the early Spidey's, at least in high grade. Those colors just absolutely jump out at you.
