Now it happens here too Hey dorkface October posted a bulk somewhat mystery buy he got off eBay of around 50 books where he scored with a mid to low grade copy of ASM 129 (wasn't shown in pics or mentioned) along with some other books in the $15-25 range. He foolishly posted the link to the eBay auction, as some dink messaged the seller and said that october was trash talking him (he wasn't) I assumed the seller contacted october. You're welcome. 6.5/7.0 on the 129...and I posted the pic and took it down after that tool contacted the seller. Why wasnt I aware of this I demand a repost (and a slurpie w supersize popcorn) But seriously... wow... what a tool indeed... Do we know who he is yet? Makes it easier to win auctions when there's not a lot of bidders. Lately I've been buying lots of Star Spangled War Stories. I like dinosaurs. Earlier this year another grabbed an Atomic War! 1 at a buy it now of $1500 that graded out as the highest on census and then sold at auction for $2900. Still, I'm surprised more people didn't see it. Do you have it yet? A month or two ago I was bidding on a lot that ha the 1st squirrel girl issue in it. Bunch of other , it wasn't in the title or anything. The other books were mainly $1-$2 books at a show. I gave up after the lot hit the point where we were worth more than a VG/Fine copy of the squirrel girl book was...I just couldn't tell what the condition was from the pic and it could be missing a chunk of the back cover. In all honesty I think that all my bragging have actually hurt my fishing skills.. I think that more and more people are aware now of eBay's prizes and made it a lot more difficult in the past 6-8 months to find HUGE wins as in the past... But..
