Yes, it's Signature Series, but I love Joe Kubert's Weird War Tales books! This cover is one of his best! :cloud9:

Pretty sweet!

When did you get this signed? Did you get to talk to Kubert at all?

I actually bought this on ebay. But here is a link to my story where I met the great Joe Kubert and got a ton of war books signed by him at the 2010 wondercon in SF. (thumbs u

Damn, OV...I don't collect sig books (or hang out in the SS forum) but that is a really great pile of books you got there!

You picked all the highlights, and threw in some personal choices as well (like that Men of War book). Well done.

Awesome book! Agreed- definitely one of his best covers.

What do you think are the top 10 Kubert Bronze Age war covers?

John

That would be a TOUGH list to cull down to 10 covers. Let me give it a think, and I'll post mine over the next few days.

Wow was that 10 already? I could easily add 50 more... I pulled most of these from old photobucket files from sales that I've done here on the boards, and just scanning through them it is just an incredibl body of work from Kubert.

Okay troops - take ten... and post 'em!
