I think it was an insufficiently_thoughtful_person abroad that had the main character, Karl, go to this place in africa and have a coffin made for him. They make coffins out of anything you can think of.

 

He decided to have one made to look like a Twix candy bar.

Just being a person_who_is_obnoxiously_self-impressed. The actual item you posted is actually quite hilarious (to me).

 

I had a thing for African oil can guitars for a bit. A bit of a digression, but the craftsmanship and homages made in their construction are often amazing and humorous and humbling all at the same time.
