Is X-Men 1 CGC 9.0 at $46,995 a wise long term investment?

I did buy Marvel Premiere 47 for about 60$ and Peter Parker Spectacular Spiderman 1 for 90$ and Spiderman 127 (123?) for $ 575 in 7.0. The Punisher one.

I bought the Spiderman cause I had it as a kid and the Punisher Spiderman was an impulse buy. It's at CGC now.
