Always enjoy seeing books/info posted in this thread!

First 3 issues were reprinted, explaining why a something over 100 years old is so common - several on eBay.  4 and 5 may not have been reprinted, so scarce to rare.  Interesting note, newspaper title varies on cover of #1 - wonder if that's related to reprinting.

"American" seems most common.  And yes I have a copy too...
