Thanks for the compliments, keith and J-man. It has good stories inside as the 20s issues of Suspense are mostly written by Stan Lee. Along with Menace, this was one of two grouping of Stan Lee authored pre-code horror stories.

Well here's my copy that I just picked up and the stories and art were great.

 

 

Just opening the book I was struck with this outrageous blue on the first page!

This is the cover story involving an imortal punishment.

 

 

The second story that starts with this nice splash relates a tale of an artist that becomes his own subject matter.

 

 

Third story deals with a decapitating ghost (severed head panals)!

 

 

The fourth story deals with a vampire hunter and how the vampires get their revenge on him.

 

I really liked this panel too!
