Let's be clear - the covers are often wonderful. There aren't too many FH stories where I think 'wow, that was pretty good writing'.

Excellent. # 9 is awesome and the story told on the cover with Firehair works really well.

Oh WOW !! that Ranger #17 has just vaulted to near the top of the most violent war cover comics I have ever seen !!1

(I had never seen it before today)

WOW the American has skewered one enemy soldier and another has puncture exit marks on his back with entrails from a previous bayonete thrust !
