Here are some inside pages from War Victory #2...

Here is the splash page from the Man In Black story in All New #11. This may be his first appearance. All New #11 is dated Spring 1945. Overstreet has Front Page Comic Book as his first appearance, but that is just dated 1945 - no month. So it is hard to tell.

Bob Powell and his studio did all the Man in Black stories for Harvey. Weird that this is listed as a "Martin Epp Feature". Epp was one of Powell's assistants.
